Great Experience

Zeke was great, but the manager, Taylor, was the worst. I probably would have purchased a vehicle if it wasn't for Taylor's terrible communication. He was very pushy and aggressive and ruined the buying experience. Also, they were not open about pricing on the cars. When I wanted to look at their Tesla inventory, they would only show me one case at a time and they wouldn't tell me the price when I asked. A very odd experience.

Very helpful, easy process! Purchased our car almost completely digitally and picked it up. Out of the dealership in less than 30 min and everyone was helpful and kind.

I highly recommend Zamu Auto. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were honest, respectful, and extremely helpful. I ended up buying 2 used cars with them. They were helpful through the whole process including financing.

Left me high and dry all day waiting for answers about the vehicle and they also waited last minute to tell me they couldn’t sell the vehicle right after I got off a 12 hour shift. Car looked completely fine and pristine but was told it needed 6k worth of fixing and they would have to sell to auction. Really sketchy to me and I’m very disappointed in the overall handling of the situation as a whole. Do better next time especially when you have a customer that’s ready to buy the vehicle off your hands I had everything ready but the communication was bottom tier. The salesman was cool though not shaming him but whoever is managing the place needs to do better when they have a customer trying to buy a vehicle.

Horrible communication and zero respect for a buyer’s time. I reached out to Apple Sport Imports regarding a 2024 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon. I made a straightforward out-of-the-door offer since I’m located out of town and didn't want to make the drive up to Austin without a firm deal in place. Instead of treating me like a serious buyer, they sent a salesperson named Katherine who felt the need to clarify she was "human, not AI," yet completely lacked basic reading comprehension. She totally misunderstood a simple text, forcing me to explain myself. After a manager supposedly tried to call, I explicitly texted back asking them to keep the communication to text since I was tied up at work. I asked for a simple update on whether they could meet my offer. Complete radio silence. I even proactively reached out again with an updated offer just to get things moving before the weekend, and they completely ghosted me. Take your business elsewhere if you want an honest, responsive dealership.
