Trade in offer was low compared to other dealers. My biggest problem is I am 7 days out having bought a truck from them, that is going into the shop with multiple problems. I feel like these problems should have been taken care of. Now I have a nice truck that I'm unable to drive.

I’ve talked to two salesmen and none wanted to help me. I made an offer on the vehicle and Maria Zavalas responded with just no. Didn’t even try a counter offer. She said that the price was as low as it will get. Since then the price has gone down almost 2 grand. I asked to speak to a manager and none has called me.
