Staff helpful and friendly. I asked about a low front tire (the dash showed it). It was not aired up when I left. When I got home I found a nail in the tread and took it to a tire store to have it patched. Besides the nail, it had a hole in the sidewall--had to buy a new tire, which (for me) added $104 to the price of the car.
