Ryan contacted me immediately after AI requested additional information theu car gurus. Ryan listened my needs and desires and we moved quickly to negotiation stage. After he sent me a video walkaround of the truck, I noticed several hail dents and expressed my concerns about purchasing a vehicle with hail damage. He explained to me it was listed on their website under the hail damaged discounted vehicles. I told him I had been viewing the truck on the car gurus site, which did not state any hail damage. I explained to him that it may have been a misunderstanding. I was no longer interested. Shortly after, he reached out to me and asked if I they repaired that hail damage if I would still be interested. Absolutely!
