Dealer was totally worthless....received no call

I thought I was getting a good priced retirement vechicle. Inside and out looked perfect. We asked the right questions and they did not tell the truth. I left there with the need gas light went on and low tire indicator. I took it into Discount tire. There were no new tires. 2 were 7 years old and 2 were 9 years old. The oil was black, I changed it. I took it to be inspected, Major repairs needed, thousands of dollars and they showed me that the underbody was so rusted they had to find a good spot to lift the car to check it. I would not recommend buying from them as they lied to my brother and tried by smoothing over what I asked. Before you buy take it to someone who will lift it and look at underbody and do an inspection on everything.

We made an appointment to test drive a vehicle. Test drove it. Like it. Asked what the Bedt price on it was, was told the vehicle wasnt up to the dealerships standards and was being returned to another dealership. A few days later it showed up sold. We don’t trust this dealership

Bought 25 gmc denali after getting home found drivers side bed had 3 dents in it called dealer said bring back told him 200 miles to far get dent guy to repair which was repaired! Text salesman with receipt no response! Called no call back ! Like vehicle partially my fault , overcast day parked next to building! Without sun really couldn’t see it ! I would have to think used car manager and couple others had been driving car probably noticed or not ! Idea at 57 k they would throw something towards making it right ! Satisfaction lousy ! Maybe try another dealership that responds to clients

Responded quickly and gave great advice.

Sent in request asking for more info and if there were photos. No response for a couple days, finally Gary Ferris replied asking if I needed any additional info. I said yes and asked. Two days later I got another email from the Dealership asking if I needed any more info. I told them none of my questions were answered and I asked again. Another two days, Gary replies the vehicle is gone. A few days later I see the price for the vehicle lower on this site and others.

Received a response but she wouldn’t directly answer my one main question. It seemed like she either didn’t know or didn’t care to explain actual details of the vehicle and did not reply to my last communication.
