The experience I had at Lomira Auto was one I can't explain. Over the years I dreaded going to a dealership for a few reasons. One, the sales people just seem to hover making me feel pushed. Two, every time I have gone with a guy, they seem to only talk to the guy and not me, the actual buyer. Not this time. Once Blaine found out what I was interested in and that I was the buyer, he spoke directly to me, got my input on each vehicle I took for a test drive and answered any and all questions that I had. The only reason I didn't buy that day was that all the models/trims I want were white and that is one of 3 colors I will not buy. But he is still looking for me, as well as I am still checking their site. Total 5 stars!

I ended up buying the 2027 Honda HR-V. It was the best buying experience ever. Nick got the test drive set up. Easy and quick. I did the test drive on the Kona with Chris. I liked it. I did not love it. Chris picked up on my mentioning (several times) how much I loved my CR-V. I did not want a CR-V sized vehicle anymore. Chris asked if an HR-V suited my needs better. I looked at it and told him that was more my speed. I LOVE this car! After a test drive, I knew this was the car for me. Chris did not pressure me and I did not buy a car that day. I did, however decide it was the perfect car for me a couple of days later and pulled the trigger. They had it all cleaned up and filled with gas when I got there. The process was quick and easy. No hard sells, and no pressure to add on . I got what I wanted with no pressure on anything. I have never had a better experience. Thank you for going above and beyond to make me happy. I am thrilled with my purchase!

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I was ready to purchase the car, but they insisted on charging around $3,000 for shipping and would not allow me to use my own shipping company, even though I had one arranged. Instead of working with me to complete the sale, they sold the car to someone else while I was prepared to buy it. The lack of flexibility and communication made the buying process frustrating. I would not recommend this dealership if you’re an out-of-state buyer.
