My wife and I drove over 5 hours toward this dealership with the expectation of making a trade in with some cash exchange on our part which we had discussed and agreed upon with them previously. About 2 hours from the dealership I informed them that I would be about an hour and half later than planned due to some traffic holdup and a longer travel time. About 1 hour from the dealership I got a call telling me that the vehicle that we planning on getting had just been sold. The salesperson said that they had similar vehicles on the lot that we could look at. We said no thanks. Seems too coincidental that this vehicle just happened to be sold right before we get there after being on the lot for days. Left us with noting that we were left with wasted gas; time; mileage on our vehicle; and a distrust of this dealership.

I feel like they could've taken a little bit better care of me on my purchase. before I left the lot a light came on my dash, I backed up and told them. We shut the vehicle off, the light went off but then came back on a few miles down the road. it never did it on the test drive or I wouldn't have bought it. I paid the asking price on the vehicle, they did however put a new tire on and when that tire came in they tested the battery, it was fine but they replaced it anyway. I do appreciate these things but when trying to figure out why my auto stop/start system is a fail, I felt they kinda just sent me on my way and finally gave me the name of a mechanic who takes the extended warranty I purchased but all this means is I'll be without a vehicle while it's in the shop. i was told the vehicle was taken to Jacksonville and the driver said it was good but I really doubt that. there's no way that light didn't come on for that person so they should've had this taken care of before selling it
