Very pleased with my experience at Casa de Cadillac, I was contacted by Tyson Williams of internet sales, I visited the dealer and Eric showed me the XT5 I was interested in, I finalized the purchase with Mariola Sharsky, Fleet Manager, Joe Baba handled the financial details. The Carfax showed no crash info, the PPI intake showed a checklist of no issues, however, the actual service department forms showed two panels of repairs from a body shop and rear gate realignment. They can’t be trusted in their paperwork. Note: if you see a Mercedes or Porsche from auction at a Cadillac dealer and their paperwork looks perfect on their pre purchase / intake - be very suspicious.

Salesman was kind of short and came across more like I was buying something from a side hustler. Trying to buy a $160k car would have expected a little more thoroughness and communication
