They sold the vehicle to someone that showed up after me. They also did a hard credit inquiry when I was told they would not as I was buying the vehicle through my business and there is no reason to run my personal credit and affect my credit score.

Noelani, the person who scheduled my appointment, was very misleading about “maximizing” my trade in value only if I brought my vehicle in. The main purpose of my visit was to work out numbers of a new purchase with a trade in in mind. They didn’t even drive my car to evaluate it and just came back with the same trade in value we discussed over email. Other dealerships have offered to drive my car to see if more can be offered and that was not done here. Complete waste of my time and will not be coming back here to purchase the $70k vehicle I plan to purchase.

Bad customer service and low trade in value. They offered 8k less than kbb value for trade in that had 1400 miles, also the sales rep Dave Grossman was a pain to deal with he had horrible customer service
