Staff were polite and attentive, but I had to keep nudging them to get answers. Their financing was horrible for a disabled veteran trying to buy a car less than $5k. They wanted my car tradein valued at $1000 KBB trade value, but they reduced it to less than $600. They also wanted 1/4 down or no financing for a $3500 car. Not so great experience.
