I had an extremely frustrating experience with Clay Cooley Cadillac. I scheduled an appointment to see a 2025 Cadillac CT5 and confirmed everything ahead of time, only to drive 50 miles to the dealership and be told the vehicle had already been sold. There was no courtesy call, text, or email to let me know it was no longer available before I made the trip. It feels like a complete disregard for a customer’s time and effort. Driving that far for nothing is unacceptable, especially when an appointment was confirmed. This experience showed a clear lack of communication and professionalism. If you’re considering this dealership, I would strongly recommend calling multiple times and getting written confirmation before making any kind of trip—otherwise, you may end up wasting your time like I did. Very disappointing customer service.

Worst dealership ever, I drove over an hr just for Juda the salesman to tell me that the vehicle was not available that it was going to a golf tournament. We ask to see another vehicle he told me that they couldn't find the vehicle, after an hr of waiting and confronted the sales guy about all the failures. He came back saying that the manager said theres no vehicle for us to see. Thanks guys for waisting my time. Not professional at all. Very poor customer service from both sales and management, no appreciation for the customers time, no organization.

Great experience..the manager helped me to get the car and the sales person Cade was in touch with me through the whole process which took 2 days...they offered me financing options before I go to their office
