The initial contact was great. But, the car we were interested in sold. I kept getting messages for months that the car was on the lot. i also got alot of other cars sent to me that I had no interest in. I finally called and asked them why they kept lying and advertising that the vehicle was there. I was looking for a very specific car.

I live an hour away from the dealership, we had a 5:00 appointment, as I was leaving for my appointment I let them know I was on my way, I received a text that the car had sold. I don’t believe they were going to let me know.

I contacted the dealer on a Wednesday, and shared all my contact information and address. I made an appointment to see the vehicle for Saturday at 10am. They sent me a text msg asking me to confirm my appt on Thursday, I confirmed. They sent me a reminder on Friday by text msg about the appt. Saturday morning, I drove over 50 miles to the dealer to see the car. They had sold it the evening before and never contacted me. I'm giving them one star, because I can't give zero stars. I'll never do business with this dealer again.
