On December 26, at 9:00 am, We went to their dealership for the second time to look at and confirm we wanted topurchase a used truck. We offered them hand money, and they said they didn't accept hand money but agreed to hold the truck until Monday so our money could be transferred into our checking account. We shook hands and left knowing the truck was ours. At 2:00, they called to say they sold the truck out from under us. We would not recommend them to anyone. They proved their word was not to be trusted. Our money was in our bank account on Friday, and on Friday, we purchased another truck from a different Ford dealer. We would recommend them to everyone.

After chatting with 3 separate employees over 4 days, they finally informed me that they could sell to an out of state buyer. I was upfront with them about my intent to ship the vehicle. Waste of time...any dealer who will not deal with an out of state buyer should announce that as part of the ad. They wasted both my time and their sales team time.

Terrible communication. Car had a check engine light and I inquired about this. I was told I would be contacted by someone at the dealership on several occasions via text message but was never contacted back to discuss the check engine light. I’m no longer interested in dealing with them based on their lack of communication. It leaves me feeling as if they’re trying to hide something or at the very least fail to communicate amongst themselves.
