I found A lincoln MKx, sent a message luke dit. Sent message stating would be there to look by weekend. Thye responded at 930 am and said see you then. By 10 am roughly, I got an email said sold. I contacted first, in business I know sellig cars, you make money. But a call would have been good, asking you first acquired about suv, can you place deposit to hold to look at it. Its about customer service, I wanted the car and wa working on moving money out to get it. As I own the same one!! Bad business!!! Dont buy here!!! They plainly see money verse! !customer's

The dealership called me because I put in an interest request and they called me that same night and told me it was there on the lot ready to go and I told them I’ll be there Saturday I call the very next morning to make sure the car is on the lot and that car sold a week prior to our conversation do not deal with this dealership there just greedy

This is why I do not like car dealers. I called at 1017 to confirm the vehicle and Carfax. I let Laura know that I was going to come look at it once my wifes procedure was complete. I call back at 1203 to let Laura know I am on my way, but am told someone else is almost there to look at it and she would let me know if they buy it or not. 1306 Laura calls and said they did not buy it because they wanted lower price so they would hold it today for me to come look at it. 1316 Laura calls back and said the people came back with the full price and she had to sell it to them. She offered to have her dad look for one at auction but I asked how could I trust her on that if she could not keep her word on letting look at the vehicle? What happened to keeping to your word? It is extremely difficult to find a dealer you can trust. So I will keep looking.
