I was actually really happy the day I bought it and I’m almost to the point where I want my money back because I still don’t have the car. This Friday will be two weeks since I put the deposit down on the vehicle and it was paid for by cash. The dealer promised to ship me the car and evidently it is still in Virginia nowhere near my house in South Carolina. My word is my Bond, but I guess that’s not the fact for the rest of the world. We’ll see what happens. The car guru experience was great even with the follow up but I’m not sure I’d use that dealership again. I’d at least like to get them to call me back and let me know definitively when I will have it. But I’m not gonna wait one more day without an answer and proof that it’s on its way.

These guys are a top notch VW team. I initially texted with Bret and he helped me feel comfortable enough for us to drive from Richmond to see the car in Springfield. Hank and Zak worked with us graciously on our trade in, honoring the other dealers appraisal. Finally, Joge the finance manager saved me 50$ a month on my financing by showing me other lenders. No pressure no hassle. Just easy car sale. I highly recommend these guys.
