These guys are a top notch VW team. I initially texted with Bret and he helped me feel comfortable enough for us to drive from Richmond to see the car in Springfield. Hank and Zak worked with us graciously on our trade in, honoring the other dealers appraisal. Finally, Joge the finance manager saved me 50$ a month on my financing by showing me other lenders.
