I was approved as I sat at the dealership I was given a down payment amount and a note amount. Then the finance manager was saying something about seeing if I can get in a program that’ll lower my down payment. I ended up needing a co-signer I was told they was looking do they income because I’m Off work do the summer so it’s a gap and they could not use my employment. My sister definitely has the income the finance manager told her when she did her info the it looks good. I ended up having to call multiple times to see what the outcome was and it ended up being that all of a sudden I wasn’t approved but I was approved the prior day. That same day I went to another dealership and I paid the deposit they told me I needed and my monthly payments are what they told me it was going to be

I was unable to complete the purchase because they tried to force me to buy two warranties, one of them CAR Bravo, which increased the car’s price by $6,000. I refused to purchase those warranties, and as a result, they refused to sell me the vehicle

John met us right away regarding the Durango. I test drove it and he simply asked “why not check out a newer Atlas for the same price?” He didn’t try to switch me but the Atlas was superior to the Durango I test drove. We did not have a trade in but they respected that we had young kids and moved us through everything within 2 hours.
