I emailed them asking what their out the door price was, dealers fees, tax, title etc. Of course they wouldn't give it to me. They told me they first had to know if i had a trade-in. I told them that I didn't know but I just wanted to know what their out the door price was. I told them I did not want to haggle, and I did not want to talk on the phone. But they kept calling anyway. We emailed several times and I was told that they would get it together for me and get back with me. But they lied. Anytime a dealership cannot give you a straightforward answer about what their out the door price is, you need to run. That's the reason why most people cannot stand car salesmen and the stress of the games they play to cheat you out of as much money as they can.

I inquired about this vehicle and completed an application and I wasn’t contacted again until days later I saw a text message that car is sold. No phone calls, no follow up, no search for other options I take it my business is not wanted

The service at Spence was fast, efficient, and accurate. I would highly recommend them.

I had a real good experience with Hobson Chevrolet. I did not purchase the car on my first trip to the dealership. I did not feel pressured to do so. The next day, I called Bubba(salesman). I let him know I wanted the car. The purchase went smooth. I spent very little time waiting to sign my financial paperwork. Very pleased with my car and the staff at Hobson Chevrolet.

Great place

John is a cool dude. Made the entire process feel comfortable and didn’t feel pressured at all.
