They contacted me. Answered my questiones and I looked elsewhere. May have to revisit this one. They did everything right by me.

They responded quickly. Great communication. Too far for me.

I asked them to send or post a photo of the battery capacity screen, which really should be standard procedure for all used EVs. This is the only way to know how much of the original range remains. They ignored the request and instead kept asking for my phone number. I made it clear that I would only be interested in the talking to them once I had evidence that the battery is in good condition. I also browsed the dealer's website and discovered that they charge $1,995 for "vehicle prep" and $699 for documentation on top of the advertised price. These fees are outrageous compared to most dealers. Don't be fooled by the low-ball prices they advertise.

Worst experience in my life. I’ve been talking to this dealership for about two weeks. I live in New York and they are in New Jersey. i spoke to Cindy Prado and agreed to come see the vehicle . The dealership is an hour and 40 minutes away. I was driving to the dealership to see the vehicle on my way there Cindy texts me and asked me if i was still coming i said yes I’m on my way. She said great see u soon. I drove all the way to New Jersey from New York only for Ruben Horta to tell me that they sold the vehicle. I tried to speak to the sales manager who was a fat white gentleman sitting in his office (i didn’t get his name) he didn’t even have the decency to come out to apologize to me for the mixup after i drove all the way there. Very unprofessional dealership i would never buy a vehicle from them. If you do good luck. Very bad communication

They were super friendly and helpful. I was late to the appointment due to work reasons. My appointment was not with Zach, but he stepped in since whomever I was supposed to meet was off property. Great experience, I just didn't like the color of the car in person. I thought it was white online, but it favored a pearl grey in my eyes. He went out of his way to look for other options.
