Took me 2 days to get all the details on the vehicle I was purchasing. The GM didn’t have the best attitude. Still bought the vehicle because it’s what I had been looking for but I doubt I would’ve went through with the process if it was for that.

I just wanted OTDP. It was in a comparable range after the price dropped. Price drop notice came from Car Guru. Instead of the lower price the salesman told me the same fees that show included and were itemized, we're now additional. This brought it back up to the price i passed on. There's a word for that.
