The initial part of this was great! The salesman was active, worked out the deal, even brought me the car. If it ended there, 5 stars!!!! However, he only brought me 1 key. He then put on the paperwork that I would get a 2nd key. He also told me I would have he title in 10 days. Neither of those has happened and we are 30 days down the road. My state only allows for 20 days after purchase for you to get a new tag which I cannot do without the title. Nothing. The 2nd key, which the sales man offered without me asking, is now and issue. If they could just do what they say they will, this would have been a great experience. But a hot start fizzled at the end. With these guys, make sure you get it all before you hand them money because after they have the money, the promises go out the window!

I was contacted by Auto Gallery the same day of my inquiry. They had the car I was interested in on their website and it was on the lot. Sales rep was courteous and friendly. I was slightly dismayed when I had to pay a 3% fee for using a credit card. Otherwise, everything went well.
