l like the guys. Seems like an honest place. Car ended up being sold before I could get an offer in. But I wouldn't hesitate to shop with them.

Chris Salko was our salesman and he was awesome. Very quick to respond and answered every question. He made the looking and buying very simple and fast.

Communication with multiple "people" was great until you realize it's AI and they don't know the inventory. I submitted a credit application for a car that was listed on the Internet and after three days of communication back-and-forth, it had been determined the car had been sold to someone else. The vehicle was pretty unique and I have not been able to find another one. I don't like running credit reports unnecessarily. When I finally called and spoke to someone, they told me they were in a meeting. Could they call me back? I said please don't.

Responded quickly. Listened to all my needs and answered all of my questions throughly. Very nice to deal with.

Things started off well, but as with most car dealers, things can go downhill fast when dealing with the finance department. I had an approval with Capital O, which they would not honor, and when I decided to bend and fill out their loan app., there was no follow-up. I had to call multiple times to get turned down. Thank you because I got a better car elsewhere.

The used sales manager stated the life time power train warranty was included in the price that we negotiated then tried to charge me another $899 for that warranty

My visit was just exploratory. No appointment, no specific plan. I had heard about the place for a long time and wanted to see it myself. It turned out to be one of those cases where reality meets expectations. You can take your time, ask questions, and nobody rushes you.
