Don't buy "as is" from these crooks. Major mechanical issues within weeks and not their problem. They knew the issue existed and hid it. $3,000 repair!!!! So many more things I could share and say but seeing as this topped it all off, I think it's safe to say that they are comfortable taking peoples money and providing poor customer service all around.

They refused to provide a price breakdown over the phone, that I only requested because I am 4 hours away for a long time for work. Since my home zip code is close to the dealership, they said I needed to come in to get a price breakdown and refused to give that over the phone. Very sketchy to advertise low prices on vehicles, yet refuse to include an out the door cost breakdown. Wouldn’t surprise me if there was insane fees. Would stay away unless you want to get swindled into a high pressure “buying” environment, in person. They lost a customer with money in hand, and I went elsewhere with a transparent buying process. *Side note, no other dealership refused to send me an out the door price breakdown of their vehicles.

I had an awesome experience with Central Auto Group. I contacted them via the Car Guru app and they made sure to call me and talk to me. After talking about the vehicle and the vehicle condition we negotiated a price. I asked if I could give him a deposit so he would hold it for 5 days till I could get airfare arranged and he said he would hold without a deposit. I flew in 5 days later and he picked me up from the airport in the vehicle and drove back to the dealership and made the deal!!!!
