The additional $2000 charge to "make ready" was totally unprecedented. Most major prestigious dealers do not charge to prepare a pre owned luxury vehicle for sale.

Worked with salesman Ray and manager Todd. I never write reviews but these guys were awesome. Easiest vehicle purchase ever. Truck was perfect, communication was nearly instant. Purchased from out of state and they made it easier than buying a truck from down the street. Whole deal was wrapped up before I flew into Houston. Literally spent 45 mins at the dealership. Highly recommend these guys! I'd fly there again to buy a truck.

The remote deal with this dealer, all the way from texas to oklahoma. Decent price.However, a lot of my questions did go unanswered. I very specifically asked if there were any recalls, and if there were.If they had already been taken care of I asked if there were any issues with the vehicle.And I asked if it had weather tech formats. I was told there were no issues and there are scratches on the vehicle.It does have an open recall that has yet to be taken care of. And the weather tech mats were, in fact, cheap mats from walmart that were so slippery.They got thrown away on the way home. I've also called the finance manager to see what I need to do to register my vehicle in texas.And have yet to hear back, and that has been three days. I think they would be a fine dealership.If you were there to do it all in person, but I don't really recommend doing remote deal.
