I am giving ZERO stars for my experience with this dealership, if in fact they even exist. Apparently I was conversing with AI. We had an appointment, it messaged me constantly to confirm the appointment. I was going to be driving 2 hours one way to see the car, and I was ready to buy and I told it that. I asked for a credit application numerous times and it said Finance would be getting it to me, but day after day went by with no credit application. The morning of the appointment date I sent a message stating that I didn’t want to come all that way, pull money out of my bank unless the credit process had been started. I got back a message that said the car had sold. I sent a reply to that and never heard from it again. I am glad it happened like it did because there’s no telling what I was getting myself into. Buyer beware for sure!

Was told vehicle was available, drove half an hour to get there, and was told one of the managers took it home as a demo. I work a very busy home and work schedule and wasn't able to immediately get back with them and got a sarcastic thanks for replying and this not having the car available seems like a retaliation and we're not going to be dealing with them.
