Trace was great to work with. In the end we went with another car on lot at another dealership, but he was fantastic to communicate with and had all financing and the car ready to go if we decided to go that route.

Checked it out to see if it was for us, done the financing and got approved for the vehicle, was figuring out payments and they turned around and sold it to someone else after spending 4.5 hours there. Then tried to lie and say it was sold before we got there when it wasn't. Horrible experience and will never buy a car from this place.

Drove all the way from Cleveland to Gastonia through horrendous traffic. Alexis was superior and salesman,Jason,was very nice. However truck I came to see was out of my price range and suddenly it was over. No attempt to dicker a better price,etc. Did have follup from sales guy which I very much appreciated.
