Sale price on CarGurus and credit application were not honored. A second credit application was run and I was not given the sales price quoted online. Trade in was low balled, told the color would be hard to sell even though Acura also makes cars with a similar color. Overall the dealership and people were ok.

I was displeased with my time here. The staff member responsible for showing me the vehicle was not knowledgeable about the vehicle at all, albeit I was at a Volvo dealership. Unfortunately, the car that I wanted to trade-in for credit towards the Santa Fe was extremely undervalued. Even though they knew I came from far (they saw my drivers license), I wasted my time, just for them to call me back multiple times the next day wanting to reach the deal that could have been done that same day

Reyza was great, he showed me the vehicle, told me about its condition and history. We took it for a test drive. He helped me with all the paperwork with the RMV, insurance, securing a loan, and he got it inspected for me. Additionally he had his mechanic do a safety inspection and he replaced wipers, battery, and oil pan. The car comes with a limited warranty. He was great
