I recently had the displeasure of visiting Hopkins, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, the sales team was pushy and seemed more interested in making a quick buck than helping me find the right car. The vehicle I was interested in had several undisclosed issues. When I brought these to their attention, they were dismissive and acted like I was being unreasonable. The whole negotiation process felt like a battle, and they were unwilling to compromise on anything. To top it all off, the paperwork was a nightmare. They tried to sneak in extra fees and services that I didn't ask for. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!
