The staff Seemed Nice, sales associate ((Austin))was very polite & helpful with assisting us with a test drive of a DIFFERENT Vehicle, BC the Explorer that Is/Was Advertised Looked NOTHING like What Is pictured online! We drove over an hour to go look at THIS vehicle, and the driver's side door panel was falling off, interior was ripped up,& key scrapes were on pretty much EVERY Vehicle in the lot, which I did mention to the sales asst. They had ONE Nice vehicle, we test drove it, but Decided to go with something else, @ another place! We were in the market for an SUV, not a Car. I'm sure That car sold, BC it was a really nice, but, the Fact that this Dealership is selling cars with Noticeable Scratches, and Portraying vehicles in a better condition than what they are when you go there to view them, isn't really right! It was just upsetting to me that we drove a Really long way to come check out an SUV that I THOUGHT was like what I had viewed in the online pics, not the case!
