The two gentlemen (Frank and Angel) who gave me the test drive (Frank) and handled the sales process (Angel) were both great, thou none of them would budge in negotiating the price nor offered more financing options, which left me heartbroken … especially after discovering several flaws in the car that didn’t show in photos or were visible at night when first visited for the test drive. John Rusa was my salesman, and he was super responsive and not pushy at all. He knew a lot about the car and was transparent about its condition (though it was already in great condition, even used). I was particularly impressed with the beautiful dealership and the friendliness of the staff - every single person greeted me. It wasn't too much attention - but it was noticeable and very pleasant. I would definitely do business with them again - it was a great experience. John hustles for you and is quick to respond. If he doesn't know the answer, he gets it quick from the right person. Highly recommend both John and the dealership.
