Veronica was terrific! So sorry I forgot the name of the guy she was training but they were both super helpful from the time I stepped on the lot until now. Very friendly and loved our interactions. Got the car I wanted at the down payment and monthly payment I wanted. Even repairing issues found during the test drive with the car before we take it home. Just a helpful tip- finance staff, ex: the person we got after Veronica that we signed papers with need customer service training. Vibes went from 100-0. We all know dealerships are about bottom line, however this felt strictly about you’re not taking the extras I offered that raise your payments so sign the lines (didn’t explain what I was signing like Veronica did or actually anything at all) and get out of my office. Being helpful and friendly shouldn’t stop when the only thing left is extras and signing the final docs. At that point make it a self serve kiosk and customers get the same feel .

Lady was very nice when trying to get us on the lot. Told me price was negotiable. Once we got there and started talking price we were told they had it priced the lowest they could go. Then when they put a deal sheet together they had the price higher than it was listed for on Cargurus. They were not honest from the beginning. In my opinion they are not very trustworthy.
