Concesionarios cercanos (Brandywine, MD)

I am still waiting to hear back from my initial and their initial emails. I may buy the car if they get back in a timely fashion and answer questions and concerns. But I am looking at multiple dealerships for a buy it now car. I detest the games that seemingly all of dealerships here are playing. And that includes this dealership. I just want vehicle history, and an out the door quote, that is reasonable. I want to buy online without financing and have any car that I agree too buy more than 50 miles away from me shipped to me.

While a sincere attempt to respond to my inquiry, I ultimately did not get a definitive answer.

No communication from dealer. They must have too much business.

A most unpleasant experience. I put a deposit on a GTI, managers called me with 2 different stories as to why they can't now sell me the car. Utter BS. They can't even get their stories straight. Misled me, and then took days to refund me my $5000 deposit. Come to find out they sold it to another party. The smiling sales girl (Zobia) just ghosted me and would not call me at all. A all around disgraceful exhibition by this staff and managers, esp Robb...I would avoid this dealership...good day!

Easy process very knowledgeable about the whole buying process

A sales report contacted me within a couple hours of my showing interest. The car however did not have the engine I want. Sales manager called me back the following day to offer me a similar car with the 6 cyl engine. I appreciated the call, but declined due to year of the vehicle.

Wonderful team of people. They were open to negotiating over the phone, which not every dealer is willing to do, and that saved us both a lot of time. The process was quick, we came to an agreement, and a couple of days later I went to pick up the car. This was the only dealership I visited that simply handed us the keys and let us take the car for a test drive on our own, which was really nice. My salesperson, Elaine, was so sweet and genuinely had my back. She was responsive and always very kind. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a car. We all know dealing with car salespeople is not usually a fun experience, but they made the process painless for me, and it did not come with a higher price tag. They actually met me at a price that felt comfortable and fair.
