Got the job done

Not good at being responsive. Hasn’t yet tried to work with me as a costumer. They have not responded back to me in over 2 weeks. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership!

I can’t recommend Econo Auto Inc enough! I messaged the site after seeing a 2019 Ford Police Interceptor I’ve been on the market for and Hasan immediately called me and worked with my schedule for me to arrive at the dealership on such short notice! I was excited because Hasan was willing to entertain a trade-in for my old vehicle for a newer Police Interceptor! First impressions; Hasan and his father are very passionate about helping the customer. They are very honest, transparent and reasonable salesman. I did not feel pressured at all to make a decision and I could tell they wanted me to walk away happy! Hasan is super friendly and personable and walked me through the entire trade in process, what each piece of paperwork meant, and he disclosed every piece of information on the Interceptor I was purchasing! Even with my vehicles age; we were still able to come together and work a deal out that both parties were in agreement on!

The dealership received the car but failed to verify that it was in optimal condition for sale. I bought it, and the transmission is defective.

Bad experience all three vehicles I looked at were mechanically horrible, so many problems, car damages, just horrible

I wish you could give something higher than 5 stars. This dealer is incredible! I started my career in car sales over a decade ago and I didn't do as good of a job as Scott and Chris. Their process is fast and pain free. Myself and my brother were most impressed by the way they stock their inventory. Most dealers are just looking for the quickest and easiest margin vehicles to turn around. Chris on the other hand buys cars based on their carfax history report. Only buying cars that he would drive himself that have been properly maintained. In an industry so devoid of trust, Chris and Scott have it in spades.
