Overall not bad. Higher rate of communication, but overall they have an odd communication style. Sales team is a little quirky and the manager felt a little hot and cold though they were quick to return calls. They couldn’t budge on price anymore when we were off by only $500. 6.5/10

The vehicle was not on the lot. They wanted me to put a deposit down in order from for them to bring it to the lot. They tried to get me to finance with them and not my credit union who has already approved me.

Went there with the hopes of getting the car but go there and turned to I needed a co signer after being told it was a done deal, get a co signer and they wouldn’t accept the military id (when another deal ship I’m going to is) and now the car is listed for $2,300 more then it was when $10,900. Never again.

I went on a Saturday and had my bank up my debit card limit. When it came time to pay them, it turned out they had no way of accepting cards. Cash or wire transfer seemed the only way to pay.

Drove from NJ for 4 hours to check to vehicle out. Had constant communication before via text and sales manager was helpful. Sales manager said there was a room for price adjustment. When I got there, and was ready to buy, owner stepped in and didn’t even give any discount at all. Terrible and waste of time. Can’t trust these dealers. Drove 4 hours and 4 hours back for no reason.
