Charley’s choice cars is the place to get ur next vehicle!!!! Charley is super attentive and goes above and beyond when dealing with his customers. I thought o had an issue w the car I bought and when I called him he didn’t bat an eye, but told me to bring it on bk over and we’d get it figured out. Not only did he have it all lined up w an appointment in the shop to have everything looked over and double checked but he drove me all the way back to Jeff city to drop me off so I didn’t have to pay to rent a car or pay someone to follow me there and bk again. How many used car dealers do u know that will take the time to drive u 2 hours away?? Once again ur the best Charley !!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the way this dealership conducts business. I arrived during my lunch break to look at a truck and found that my salesperson was assisting another customer. I stood in the lobby for several minutes while multiple salespeople were present, yet no one acknowledged me or asked if I had been helped. I eventually approached the managers’ desk and asked if someone could show me the truck. Zach was asked to assist. Unfortunately, his attitude was very much “take it or leave it.” I told him to let my salesperson, Paul, know that I was interested and to have him give me a call. After not hearing from Paul, I reached out myself and got the impression that Zach never communicated my interest. Once I spoke with Paul, he sent me an offer sheet. I told him I just needed a few minutes to think it over. About ten minutes later, when I followed up with another question, I was informed that Zach had already sold the truck.
