Was extremely disappointed in the experience. I made an appointment and the car didn't start. Then the sales guy got a battery Jumpstart then left to help someone else. I asked to see a different car since the carry was not as listed. I was given the keys and then he left again to take someone else on a test drive. Upon his return I left and didn't return.

They had the truck listed on their website so I went with all intentions of buying it if it was a good truck. The truck was parked in the back and wasn’t even ready to sale.so they said to give them a week which I did and called back and the truck still wasn’t ready. 3 weeks went by and a lady called me saying the truck was ready to show so I rode by to find that the truck STILL wasn’t ready. So I went to another dealer in statesville NC and found and bought the exact truck I had been looking for.

The truck wasn’t even there after scheduling an appointment, it had been sold and didn’t bother to tell me it has been sold, I drove almost an hour for them to tell me it sold, terrible communication. But I guess they thought if they could get me in there, I would buy something else, 1 out of 10

This dealership was a complete waste of time. Zero transparency, constant surprises, and every step felt like they were hiding something until the last minute. They showed no respect for my time or any sense of urgency throughout the process. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest or trustworthy experience.
