Got back to me promptly told me what I needed to know

we had an appointment to look at a specific car, drove it, loved it. Was waiting on our own personal financing to send over money (already pre-approved for it). Another customer comes in half-hour later and wants to test drive the same car. Our saleslady says we were there first and was scheduled, so we had first dibs, no matter what, they would wait on our money. The other customer drove it, also loved it, had her financing come through first and dealership sold it to her instead. That salesman shouldn't of even been having her try for it since we wanted it and were preapproved for it. Not good business. He thought it was a game and was laughing about it. We were unimpressed.

talked to staff over email, but had issues understanding them as it seems the software they used for their email client was faulty

Very nice dealership car a lot Billy Bell is the best he treated me with the utmost respect and did everything he could for me thanks again Mr. Bell. I recommend anybody five star.

They have been great with communicating options i may be interested in.. I have just not decided on what I want.

I looked at their on-line inventory. I had two people from the dealership reach out to answer questions. They were not pushy. Very helpful
