This dealership is FIRST RATE! I inquired about a Mercedes Benz amg gt coupe and Cameron called me within 15 minutes to talk with me about it. The dealership responded quickly. The vehicle that was advertised was true to its description. Salesperson Christie was awesome! She is definitely the go to person. Although I didn’t purchase the advertised vehicle, Christie helped me select a different vehicle which I liked even more. Christie was very patient with me during this process, which I appreciate. They were very attentive. Up front I requested online purchase and they said they could accommodate. However,in the end to close the deal they wanted me to come in ti the showroom. Which was not an online purchase. So I vacated the deal.

Contacted the online sales representative and made appointment had sales manager confirm appointment to view CX9 was told to meet at 1130 am I arrived only to be told car was locked up.in service. This was an hour drive to be told to come back an other day. This is not acceptable.

They were awesome -- they contacted me right away, accommodated the appointment time I requested, and arranged the test drive in an open, friendly, low-pressure way. The salesman and sales manager both showed they were familiar with the details of their electric vehicles, unlike some other dealerships I had visited recently.
