I inquired about the 2020 Ford F-150 XLT on 2/25 and received a call shortly after. I was told the truck was at another one of their locations and was not ready yet because it was waiting on a part. I was asked if I was interested in anything else, which I wasn’t at the time, and was told they would keep me updated. What was confusing is that the truck was still listed for sale online even though it wasn’t actually available yet. After the initial call I didn’t hear anything further until 3/2, when they did attempt to call again, but by that point I had already purchased a different truck. If there had been updates sooner or if the truck had become available in a timely manner, I likely would have waited a few days to see it. The initial contact was quick, but overall follow-up communication could have been better.
