The dealership is dirty. The bathrooms were filthy. The "General Manager Game" was definitely in play. We love our car and had to play the unfortunate and necessary games to get it. While they did clean the car right before we took it home, they didn't bother to clean it for our test drive even though they knew we were coming. I'm not sure they would have cleaned it if we hadn't said, "you're going to clean that up for us, right?" There was one super nice young man walking around who was down to earth and friendly - wish I could remember his name. His cousin plays football for Notre Dame.

This dealer emailed me that a vehicle would be ready for a test drive at a certain time. I drove 90 minutes one way. The car was “gone” and the sales rep was “sick” major bait &switch.

This was a horrible experience. When I arrived at the dealer they stated the vehicle that we discussed the night before was in the paint shop. This was disappointment because we had just drove 2 hours. They then proceeded to hold me hostage, not able to give me a price on my trade in. Two hours later they stated they had the vehicle out of the shop and I could view it. The vehicle had rust all over the door frames. It also had rust on the seatbelts. Beware!!!! This car was most likely in a flood
