After requesting more info and availability of the car, the dealer never contacted me. I contacted 2 other dealers and both contacted me. Minuteman did not. Note: The review questionnaire requires you to say whether the car was available, otherwise you can't submit the review. I answered "yes". However, I don't really know because I never heard from them.

Scheduled an appt a week in advance to test drive a car. Confirmed the day before and that morning that we were all set because I was driving 70 miles and when i got there - the car wasn’t even there. “It’s still in our shop.” The manager apologized profusely - said they would drive the car to me to test drive on Monday (this was a Saturday) so I said ok - mistakes happen…call me Monday and… never heard from them again. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer. Wasted a lot of my time.

I corresponded by phone when I inquired about a car that was emailed to me through Carguru. The sales person gave me all the detail about the car but in the end it was not what I was looking for. After a lenghthy conversation, I was helped to narrow down the perfect car that would fit my needs.
