I was harassed by the salesman. I was trying to buy sight unseen since I lived out of state. The salesman knew this but wouldn't stop pressuring and basically argued with me over text to the point I chose not to buy the perfect Van.

The dealership salesperson was helpful and friendly. They were able to trade in my old car for the offer price I got from CarMax, and the car price was fair. The car was clean when I picked it up, but the gas tank was empty, so I took away one star for the overall experience.

I originally was not planning to buy when I walked in… I was going to another dealership, however stopped here first just to see about the specific car I wanted. Obviously it worked, Justin was great throughout the entire time. Never felt rushed, never felt uncomfortable and the entire process was smooth… Spent a little more time than I thought it was there, only because of a small hiccup on my part, but everyone was great… Bonus points for the dealership dog walking around to say hi, congratulations at the end :)

I purchased this vehicle but after putting down a $500 deposit I felt i was obligated to buy it even though I wasn't made aware of the damage to the vehicle that was originally stated was repaired. I'm now having to fix over $1000 in repairs just to get the vehicle to up to par condition.
