Fast response! Polite and considerate…still communicating with the dealership

Stay Away! Was trying to purchase a Jeep. Spoke to Dorothy and she said I will speak to finance and get you a PA. I waited for days. After multiple attempts to contact and message them to send over a PA they didn't even acknowledge me. Finally someone messaged me back and said we will send it by we are busy on the floor. Over the whole approx. 1 week exchange, a person named Kyle (30 plus years exp) called and was very arrogant. First thing he said to me, "Hi Kyle here, I have over 30 years experience", hinting at don't negotiate with me. I explained that I want the Jeep for my son, and he said he would send over the PA based on agreeing for me to purchase the vehicle. Gave him my sons name and DL via email and waited for the PA. After multiple attempts to contact them to get the PA he finally sent it with extra charges, like fob plan, paint protection plan which I did not need. Seemed to me he was not wanting to sell to me and my son due to our last name.

I contacted them in regards to the 2005 Colorado on Saturday, was told they would contact me Monday morning when they opened, they contacted me at 9:00 am on Monday, they told me they were getting the numbers ready and they would call me back shortly, never heard back, I called twice and left messages to call me back, they never did, I sent emails and even left a voice mail and nothing, I finally received a couple of days later a video about the dealership I responded to it and he said they other people show up wanting to buy it, I thought, based on what the lady told me Monday I was the person who they were working with, I feel lied to, was told things that were not true, betrayed, I have NEVER been treated so badly in my 50 plus years of buying cars, my opinion is they are a bunch of low life's with no morals.

Contacted the dealership and received a prompt response. Asked for info and they said they’d email it over right away. A couple of hours I still hadn’t received any info and asked. They apologized and said they’d get me the info the next morning. The next morning I didn’t receive anything and asked later in the afternoon, via text, and they apologized and said they’d make it priority and get back to me quick. A couple of hours later I received a text verifying I got the info (which I hadn’t). I said I did not and they apologized and agreed it was unacceptable. At the is time I said I was moving on. A couple of days ago I emailed them again asking about the vehicle and did not receive any reponse.
