Staff was amazing. Walked in just before they closed but let me test drive the truck. Ended up buying it and they stayed later just to ger it all done for me so I wouldnt have to come back. I drove over an hour to get there. This was gently appreciated. They have also checked up on me twice now asking how I like my truck and how things are going. I would definitely buy from them again.

We are happy with the vehicle but had a few questions after the sale. I have placed three phone calls to the dealership and my husband sent one e mail. Our questions were not answered, like "Where are the floor mats?". This is a 2023 Toyota Rav 4 XLE with the weather package. It should have floor mats!

Contacted the dealership and received a prompt response. Asked for info and they said they’d email it over right away. A couple of hours I still hadn’t received any info and asked. They apologized and said they’d get me the info the next morning. The next morning I didn’t receive anything and asked later in the afternoon, via text, and they apologized and said they’d make it priority and get back to me quick. A couple of hours later I received a text verifying I got the info (which I hadn’t). I said I did not and they apologized and agreed it was unacceptable. At the is time I said I was moving on. A couple of days ago I emailed them again asking about the vehicle and did not receive any reponse.
