Concesionarios cercanos (Beacon Falls, CT)

It was the harshest of winter conditions both when I inspected the car and when I picked it up. The experience was delightful. These are honest and helpful people. I had the feeling that they were interested in helping me find a car to my liking and I did. Through the entire process, they were communicative and patient what’s me an old man. I cannot imagine how good it would’ve been to have had weather to go outside and inspect the car and walk around and see other cars, but we could not. So I give them every credit for working through that circumstance and I have the car that’s going to meet my needs.

They never called back. Their loss

Fact finding at this point in time while I do the same for at least 6 other vehicles.

Terrible i went out there on sat to see the truck they told me it needed parts I showed them my email the credit report they pulled and wht they sent me on info of vehicle and price amd capital one email that they approved me they told me they wanted to run my credit again and they wanted money dwn for me to see the car I have agreement in my email that's false advertising they said some lady name Alice did my paperwork and was on vacation not happy at all I told them u can't run my credit twice I spoke to credit people they gave me amount of car to pick ND I did they told me to come down with paperwork from job copy insurance and ID which I did . Terrible service

No call back no communication at all despite filling out credit application bass customer service all around

The staff was great when I was in the office and very helpful. However, no one answered the phone when I left home, before driving almost 2 hours to get there, to make sure that the car was available as said before. One of the staff called me back later but I was already in their office being assisted with another person who was nice and helpful, and answered my questions. Unfortunately, the car was apparently sold to one of that same place employees. Anyways, not to blame the staff but I would appreciate that when saying AVAILABLE means really that the car would be available.
