Even though we couldn't come to a deal, mostly because of geographical logistic, they were very helpful and transparent. If I lived in the area, it would be the first place I visit to find a vehicle.

Unprofessional, especially for a big name dealership, they clearly don't look over the used cars they are selling on their lot. Drove 3 hours after talking to them on the phone to look at Toyota highlander, took less then a minute to find transmission fluid leak that wasn't just a small leak. A dealership that actually cares would go through and make sure they are selling a reliable vehicle, especially something clear and obvious to know something is wrong
