Unprofessional, especially for a big name dealership, they clearly don't look over the used cars they are selling on their lot. Drove 3 hours after talking to them on the phone to look at Toyota highlander, took less then a minute to find transmission fluid leak that wasn't just a small leak. A dealership that actually cares would go through and make sure they are selling a reliable vehicle, especially something clear and obvious to know something is wrong

Never heard a word back from anyone. Told them I had a approval from capital one and they still ran my credit with 3 other banks I emailed asking why a never heard a word from anyone.

Zach was very helpful and the experience was as easy as expected. They were ready for us at expected time with the truck ready since we were coming from an hour away. Overall couldn't ask for a better experience and deal.

The car had issues before we even got it home. Kent, never returned a single call. Austin however, bent over backwards to help us get the warranty underway and now it's in the shop getting fixed. Not happy with the guy who originally sold the car to us not a single care we had problems. Thank goodness there was Austin. He was wonderful.

Staff told me I would get a call and did't receive it.
