Pulled into the lot..huge pot holes..very dirty..cars were not kept clean..drive right out of the lot..slowly

Unprofessional, especially for a big name dealership, they clearly don't look over the used cars they are selling on their lot. Drove 3 hours after talking to them on the phone to look at Toyota highlander, took less then a minute to find transmission fluid leak that wasn't just a small leak. A dealership that actually cares would go through and make sure they are selling a reliable vehicle, especially something clear and obvious to know something is wrong

Josh was responsive and made video to help with my online shopping. Vehicle ultimately was above my financial goal.

I had called the dealership early that morning inquiring that they have this certain vehicle available that I was looking for and they set me up with the salesman and he told me yes it was available so he set up a time for me to come out and test drive. I went to the dealership not looking to purchase just was window shopping and I went on February 26, 2026. I didn't know what plans God had in store for me and the salesman that helped me his name is Andrew one the best salesman I have ever met. He sold me a dream and I bought it to make a long story short one of the best days of my life. I drove out parking lot with my dream ride. It was a day to remember and the team at Luxury Imports they made everything happen and I would like to give a huge shout out to them Thank you y'all!!!!
