Got preapproved only to get there and forced to wait most of the day on Saturday while they tried to figure it out. Said they would work it out and let me know either way no later than Tuesday, April 22nd and I am still waiting on an update. I will NEVER do business with this dealership even if they were giving away free cars. Very unorganized, unprofessional and just plan rude but that is just my opinion

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new vehicle from this dealership. From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. I especially appreciated how communicative they were throughout the process. I had explained that I was waiting on a deposit from my 401k, and they worked with me while I finalized everything. That level of understanding and flexibility really meant a lot. They even went the extra mile by arranging for someone to pick me up from the car rental location when I arrived in town to get the vehicle. That kind of customer service made the entire experience feel easy and well taken care of. When I finally picked up the vehicle, everything was exactly as promised.
