I was told that the vehicle was available and set and appointment to come and see it. But when I got there I was told that it had engine problems so they were going to send it to the auction. I drove over 50 miles to get there to purchase that vehicle. They could have called me and informed me that the vehicle was no longer available. And give me the choice to come out and look at another one. Not make that choice for me.

Seems like if you aren’t interested in breaking the bank right at the moment they discard you. My sales person literally left me sitting at their desk alone and went to someone else before a proper goodbye. Whole time I had the asking amount in my wallet was just doing a little negotiating. They def tricked themselves out of a sale.
