I purchased a 2023 GMC Sierra 2500 from Ryan H. at Jim Burke Ford after finding it on CarGurus. Since I live in Reno, NV, most of the buying process was handled remotely. Ryan was incredibly helpful, promptly sending photos and videos of the truck and answering all of my questions. His customer service was outstanding. They sold the car to a different customer once they found i was paying full🤷♂️. I never received the out the door price in writing despite i was told it was being made on Saturday/sunday then never gotten a word from then until listing got solde 3 days after
