Pricing confusion. Sent me a price that shows credits only to add them back in for the same amount credited with fees. Online price says includes dealer handling but then shows as added in??? Listing did not indicate back up camera doesn’t work and the one touch close for the hatch. Offered to fix the camera. Not the hatch. Ultimately did not buy didn’t feel comfortable.

Horrible and I mean absolutely horrendous dealership. No communication whatsoever. I tried 8 times to get ahold of someone with no luck and no response. I tried via email, all 3 phone numbers I could find for them and I even went to the dealership twice. It looked abandoned doors were locked and I went during business hours, once at 3 once at 4:30. I did run into a mechanic in his truck both times and it’s was funny, I asked him if he worked there and he’s said yes. so I asked if the Bentley was available and on both occasions he said “no that car just sold yesterday” and I went a week apart. How on both occasions did the car sell yesterday… seemed very very very fishy to me. I would LOVE to actually talk to a salesman who works there and get there real info on the car but after literally 8-10 attempts it seems like a lost cause at this point unfortunately.

UNPROFESSIONAL is just the beginning! After not returning my phone calls, SO-CALLED Manager jim kurtz, finally texts me that a vehicle being offered "for sale" online was not available because it was being sold to somebody "local". I come to find out the “buyer(s)” only had an appointment and had not even driven the vehicle. I know I filed the necessary paperwork to purchase the vehicle BEFORE these "appointments" were made because WHY else would salesperson Oty send me a video of the availability of the vehicle?! Don’t be fooled by the good reviews! These liars will go to any length to scam you out of a deal if you’re not “local”. Word of advice, if @planethonda wants to sell “local” as jimmy put it, don’t put cars for sale online! Stick to CRAIGSLIST or the Golden Transcript where you BELONG!
