A pre-arranged visit at the dealer (BMW of EC) with an agent (Albi) that worked directly with me made it much easier transaction. Straight forward transaction and out the door pricing. Offered other discount unknown to the buyer while providing other options without pressure to buy. Came in at 1230 and left at 2pm. Overall, great experienced with Albi from BMW of EC.

I was very interested in a specific pre owned i4. I reached out through CG and was immediately contacted by Jacob. He was very accommodating and transparent. Unfortunately I couldn’t get there in time due to scheduling conflicts on my end and the car was sold. Jacob let me know the minute the car was sold and offered to help me find a similar car. Very impressed so far and hope to do business with them in the future!
