I am an OOT buyer and was in the process of purchasing the vehicle. I received photos and a video of the vehicle and negotiated with the salesman. I was surprised to see the many fees and amounts in comparison to other quotes I received from other dealers. I was not given any good explanation when asked but there was a $1298 dealer fee, $598 elec filing fee for license which cost $50, a $500 license fee which cost $50 in La, and a PTA fee which is a fluff fee that should be included in the dealer fees. I was then sent to the finance manager which I knew was going to be a problem bc I wasn’t financing thru the dealer. I was asked to email him my quote which was already suspicious as if he didn’t have it although I had to sign and send to them, then “I’m going to have to call you back I have to look over it” like it was the first time he saw it! I was then told that the taxes were incorrect and I owed almost $700 how did I want to take care of that??? Need I say more???

I’ve never had a better experience at a dealership than this one. Literally. From the moment I contacted them, my sales guy sent me videos of the car (I wasn’t local) and communication was straightforward, which I like. I’m usually a bit guarded when going to look at cars because car salesmen are usually sneaky and insincere, but BMW of Wesley Chapel is the first dealership I’ve been to where they’re not “salesy” and the price transparency and honesty of the sales manager is unmatched. I drove almost 2 hours and so glad I did. Super fast and easy transaction (delays in transaction was on my part but the team was ready) and amazing customer service for a car dealership. Even other salesmen that I wasn’t dealing with would acknowledge me before I even bought a car. For my next bmw I wouldn’t have any problem driving back out here. Definitely recommend
